Altaquip is a repair service company for many retailers and manufactures (of various outdoor power equipment.) We repair products per the manufacture'specifications, and receive annual education and certifications on all types of equipment During the evaluation, repair and upon completion we test and verify the equipment is working properly We do not invoice customers directly, as we are a third party repair services company We invoice the retailers or manufactures directly The retailer then invoices the customers In this instance we did not invoice the retailer for the evaluation or repair We are unable to accept the request of $reimbursement Thank you, [redacted]

Altaquip did not invoice the customer directly for the repair, as such we are unable to provide a refund or compensation.
The person mentioned in the prior complaint is not the technician nor driver in the repair facility.

We received a call this morning that the mower has been fixed and we picked it up today. The person started it before my wife left with the mower. this complaint is resolved.

[redacted] did work on my mower and I was informed by [redacted] of that. After it wouldn't go in forward or reverse I called him. I ended up having [redacted] in [redacted] where it was found that a wire harness was pinched and had to be rerouted, also a spring was missing. The reason I'm asking for $200 is for me working on it to get it to move so it could be loaded by [redacted]. Thank you

Altaquip did not test the repairing of my mower done by Mr. Terry Schober. If he would have tested it, my riding [redacted] Pony mower would have went forward and backward, not just sit there when I put it in gear. Altaquip must of tried to repair it but couldn't. Also I called [redacted] but, he couldn't or wouldn't talk to me because he told me he was hauling a bed full of riding mowers in a semi.
