On 12/12/2016 there was a purchase for one of our publications in the amount of $69.95.   This is the only purchase that was made on the account (there were no subscriptions). The product was delivered to the customer's home as she mentioned in her complaint.  So if someone used her...

card information, they sent the product to her home. On December 20th, 2016 at 9:14 AM [redacted] emailed us to say her card had been stolen and the charge was unauthorized.   On the same day at 9:23 AM, we refunded her the $69.95 and replied to her emailing letting her know the refund was done and it would take 3 to 5 business days to appear back on her card. There have been no other charges and no other contact with the customer since that time. It also seems the customer has disputed the transaction with her financial institution in addition to receiving the refund.  So if the financial institution put the $60.95 back in her account around the same time she received the refund we did, she would have received her money back twice and the financial institution may take one of those back since it isn't hers. Hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you need anything else.
