On 12/12/there was a purchase for one of our publications in the amount of $ This is the only purchase that was made on the account (there were no subscriptions)The product was delivered to the customer's home as she mentioned in her complaint So if someone used her card information, they sent the product to her homeOn December 20th, at 9:AM [redacted] emailed us to say her card had been stolen and the charge was unauthorized On the same day at 9:AM, we refunded her the $and replied to her emailing letting her know the refund was done and it would take to business days to appear back on her cardThere have been no other charges and no other contact with the customer since that timeIt also seems the customer has disputed the transaction with her financial institution in addition to receiving the refund So if the financial institution put the $back in her account around the same time she received the refund we did, she would have received her money back twice and the financial institution may take one of those back since it isn't hersHope this clears things upPlease let me know if you need anything else

The complaint has requested that monthly charges for subscriptions be refundedwere refunded on 9/21/and the remaining were refunded on 10/7/The complaint was contacted via telephone on 10/7/at approximately 1:15PM EST and told that all refunds had been completed and the complaint verbalized that he was pleased with the resolution
