that our pricing is a la cart. In her original complaint to our corporate office, she said only two of her children were under 10 not all three. I checked their service history and her two older ones have been charged for regular haircuts the last few times. Our haircut pricing is $16 for adults and $14 for kids 10 and under. A shampoo is $5 and a blow out style is $25. I am attaching a picture of our price board that is always hanging by our front desk and can be easily seen as you walk in. I spoke to her on April 2 sometime in the afternoon and apologized and explained the pricing again. I told her I would reimburse her the $25 for the style and she came in on April 4 for the reimbursement. I hope this clears up any confusion and that this doesn't happen again.
