In response to your letter dated July 14, please note *** *** *** and her friend stopped by at our dealer ship twice and road tested the ** *** times before purchasing the vehicle from us on 02/01/2014, as she and her friend were happy and satisfied about the said vehicle she
was told the car will be sold "AS IS" with the option of buying service contract which they refused.After a month she stopped by to pick up a check for her West Virginia registration she said she has a hard starting in the morning when it's cold, we recommended to take the car to ** authorized deader fortune up if needed and we stressed or since this car is fully computerized you need to take it to ** authorized dealer but apparently she has taken the ** *** to one of the hillbilles shop, we have not seen the car after that but apparently has caused some damages to the car then they've visited the ** authorized dealer which has been too lateWe do everything in out power to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and we offer them the best service contract companies available for their protection but what can we do when they refused:Enclosures:

I am rejecting this response because:The previous responses provided by Angela and the rest of the Altech company are untrueI have provided you with all the pictures, video, and voice recording evidence I have regarding my issue with the carThere is no way that I can make the Electronic Throttle Control light come on on my ownIt's just not something I have time to do especially while I have my two year old son in the car with me and While I have to be on my way to work and taking him to daycareWhen the throttle control light comes on the car shakes jerks and will not pick up speed very dangerous way to drive! Therefore, I will not try to purposely drive that way and risk my son life or mine just to get money for anything or anyone! Also Angela said that I was trying to provoke them the day me and my dad went there to have the car looked at by recording the conversation and I just want to point out that on that day Angela was not included in any of the conversation the whole time we were present thereWe spoke to Allen and SheyniAllen is the guy's voice that you hear in the recording I sent you and Sheyni is the lady's voice that you hearNow before I start recording Allen saw my dad with his phone in his hand and he must have thought he was recording already the conversation but he wasn't he had a chess game playing on his phone, so then Allen said its ok you can recordThen that's when I started recording from that point on in my phoneAnd if you listen to my recording I said im recording this and why which I have a right to do as long as I make it known I do not need Angela permission to record something in my phoneThe whole time me and my dad were there we did not yell or lose our temper we stayed calm in the whole situationAllen and Sheyni were the ones loosing control of their patienceAngela even said in her first response that they did in fact get upsetMy dad even said to Allen " It look like you yelling at my daughter" because he wasHe was yelling in my faceThey had very poor customer service. The Saturday my brother came with me to Altech cars he did test drive the car after meI asked him to test drive after me to get his Opinion on how it drives because after I test drove and asked to get my money back Angela said no we can't give you your money back and said that they had already took it down off the internet and it cost them a lot to advertiseI didn't feel right about how the car drove it stalled to pick up speed and it wasn't a smoove driveI wasn't satisfied and I did not want to leave with itAlso I mentioned I didn't like that the windows and locks were manual which I didnt notice before because the other visits were during the evening and I didn't notice these features in the darkSo Saturday I went during the day and was able to notice everythingNow in saying that when I first asked to have my money back my first and main reason was the way the car was driving and then I mentioned the minor issue with the windows and locksMy brother is not a mechanic and knows little to nothing about cars also he is not the one purchasing the carSo his opinion means absolutely nothing to me! So before I signed papers saying I purchased the car as is I should have been given the chance to leave with my money back in hand seeing as though I have the right to a refund within 3-days which was told to me by a agent at the Revdex.comThen we wouldn't be having this disputeI do not need money for the windows and locks on the car that hasn't even been my main issue in the complaintThat is a minor issueThe only reason I took the car home that day is because Altech cars would not give me a refund and I did not want to leave empty handedThey told me it was nothing wrong with the carAngela stated in the previous response that they gave me a warrantyHowever I am now confused because when I went to them on March 18th with my dadAllen told me that what I have is not a warrantyIt is called a service protection planSo I don't know which name to call it because they are giving two different types of information to meI did take my car to a mechanic closer to my homeHe called the number on the service protection plan they gave me to first make a claim on the car and it's issueThe mechanic was not able to service the car in the end because the Electronic throttle control light according to the third party protection plan is not covered under the engine and transmissionThe mechanic did advise me that the throttle body in the car could run the risk of someone running into the back of me because if I'm trying to go forward worst case the car won't moveFrom there I made my first contact to the Revdex.com because I cannot afford repairs for a throttle body.That is the reason I even took it further to the Revdex.com because now as I explained to Altech cars I do not want to pay a car note and for repairs especially so early in me having the vehicle and a issue so majorThey should have just given me my money back when I told them the car wasn't driving smoothlyIt doesn't matter if it was just one or two weeks laterI spoke up as soon as I noticed the issue with the light showing up on my dash boardWhich tells me I had the right feeling that day when I wasn't satisfied with the test drive of the car
Angela continues to provide her opinion on how I feel about the car instead of what's actually going on and facts to support her responsesIm am providing you with actual and factual events and true conversations to support my claimAll I want is my money back so I can provide better transportation for me and my sonSo having that said I completely reject Angela's last response I do not agree with her words about me and my dad which are he own opinions and not facts that can be provenAlso they showed us the customers bad serviceLast, I want justice in seeking my money back to obtain a better car with no major issues that will allow me and my son to drive safe and comfortable.Regards,
