I had Altek Restoration Services at my home last Friday to help me with problems with my vent, as my dryer (new) was not getting my clothes dry. The president, a Mr. Alex Kaplan came and found the problem immediately. He was able to get a crew out that afternoon, and they were great. Polite, and more importantly knew what they were doing and worked swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them for other needs as they arise.
