Reached out inquiring about my product as its paid in full but havent received. It was ordered may 9 and it is now july 5. Nobody has reached out. Messaged the business with no response. Also haven't received a refund since the product didnt come

Someone who spoke on behalf of the company and on behalf of the owner Che, gave empty *** threats then deleted them, but not before I screenshot them.
It's a group of 340,000 members. We can't control what everyone says. This is in regards to a *** group. This is during a global pandemic and one of the greatest civil rights movements of our generation. And you're worried about what an individual in a *** group that you don't know and that doesn't know you said to you over the Internet. Priorities priorities. Long life and prosper.
The claim made by "ALTER EGO CLOTHING" didn't come from a random person on a *** group and the people in the group don't need to be "controlled".
Instead the actual page that one contacts for measurements and to order products from, is who told me they would *** because they didn't want to make clear ***r.
Would I really contact Revdex.com for a *** comment from someone not associated with the company? Nice try. In your defense, I am relieved to see you guys have changed your tune and you DO finally realize that defending *** on a company website isn't a 'good look', to say the least. Still, post damage control or not, I won't be fighting the employees for them to take anymore of my money.
After 4 years of being apart of their page and after having my children I decided to buy. A friend told me about another *** group. I sent AEC my measurements and meanwhile was joined into another group. Next thing you know I was blocked! I think it's a ratchet way of treating people for being on other forms. I'm still in disbelief that they would rather block me and could of had business then to keep me when I am recently in another form.
Talking to paying customers like they're disposable is a terrible business tactic. I ordered my corset 6/1/2020. On 6/6/2020, I found out I was banned from the group for simply being in another corset group to find other people with the same corset because when I asked in their group, they denied my posts. Not to mention the one time my post was approved, no one commented with the same size. Once I was banned, I messaged the company page directly and was basically told I was DISPOSABLE. I asked for my money back and was BLOCKED. Still have not gotten my money back. I am disgusted.
I had one of their corsets for almost 2 years . A 24 curvy to be exact . And well the measurements on the corsets are *** . Also if you join any other corset groups you are BLOCKED. This happened to me after being in the group for almost 2 years . All I said that it's a bit more expensive and that was NOT said in a waist training group even. Thousands of likes and many comments on my photos And now I have no access to my content to even delete it because of the owner . Also the bones have poked through MANY times . Even while doing a 2 inch or less reduction . I got soooo sick of having to repair it and that was within the first year .
This customer is disgruntled because she was removed from our support group for violating the rules. We do not tolerate half naked pictures in the group. ***. We are simply following facebooks guidelines. If you look up her first name in our support group you can see all her amazing progress photos she had with our product over the 2 years that she used it. You're welcome and we are happy to have been part of your journey. Even though she's not part of the group anymore... we wish her well.
So if *** like those photos werent added over a year ago and I wasnt given a warning but much supoort from the admin team .add that in there too! And since youre here delete my *** photos that are over a year old . I havent been active in that grouo in months and those photos arent the reason .

I never received the product I paid for
Customer paid for an invoice. We shipped product to the address on the order. It was delivered as per the usps to the address that was on the order. Customer did not remove the old address from her ***. We fulfilled the order as per agreed. When customer contacted us to advise us it went to her old address we advised that she try to get it from that address. She declined and said we should have asked her to confirm address before we shipped product. That's not how orders work. We even offered to sell her a new corset at a deep discount because we felt bad. She then replied that she had already ordered another corset elsewhere.
Case closed.

I sent in my measurements by messenger on *** and I also let them know that I was on active weightloss becuse I had gotten weightloss surgery so I expected to get sized according to that . I was sent a 30inch extended length corset . I try it and it's almost closed with just a 1inch reduction and they advise we do a 2inch reduction so I know it's not right that its almost closed and I would be needing a new one right away that would be a waste of my money. So I take pictures and ask if it should be that close to closing if I had just gotten it. Instead they tell me I measured wrong and I tell them I did not becuse I was fitted for a dress and the professional got the same measurement I sent in . I ask for a refund and was told I couldn't that I could only get an exchange . So they advise I get a 24inch extended length and to send back the 30inch . So I did send it back. A few weeks later I get an email of the same size 30inch corset being sent back to me . So I messaged again and sent then a screenshot of the email and asked what it was. And they said it was the exchange return that the other exchange couldn't be done . I still haven't gotten a response of to why it cant be exchanged if the corset was sent back before the 7days and no damage was done to it either. Customer requested an exchange .. and it was sent out. She asked For a 24 extended which is what was sent. She inquired why it still said 30 Extended and we advised that we cannot change the original order to read a different number.. but what was sent was in fact what she requested for. We also provided the tracking number. I'm not sure what The issue is..

This company is a waist training company; they make girdles and corsets and train users how to waist train properly without damaging the body. I purchased a waist trainer in order to join their trainer community. Alter Ego Clothing would not allow me to be in the group without purchasing the trainer. This made sense, as Alter Ego Clothing provides the service to help train, overlook, and guide your waist training process, which is why the corset is so expensive.
After going through the program for a month, my body became damaged. I had welts around my body and scratching up and down my sides. I messaged the owner and asked for advice. It seemed that the waist trainer I was recommended by the sales associate was a poor fit. The customer service agent had not taken my measurements into account, but refused to replace my corset.
When the sales associate refused to amend their mistake, not only did the sales associate block me from messaging. The sales associate immediately terminated my training with Alter Ego Clothing and refused to refund me. Alter Ego has not answered any of my messages or contacted me.
I would like a refund totaling $130
Please read our return policy. Exchanges are granted within 7 days or receipt of goods. Customer was using the product for over a month and never even requested a return or exchange from us until this Revdex.com complaint. Request is denied. If it didn't fit it should have Been brought to our attention within the time frame. You don't buy underwear from ***.. wear it everyday for a month and then try to return it.

I ordered a $165 steel boned corset from Alter Ego in November 2017. I followed the directions stated on the site in the support group in seasoning the corset (wearing it for a couple hours at a time). The group consisted of all positive reviews at the time and I invested this money with the assurance my corset would last for years. Mid December, my corset began unraveling and coming apart in multiple places. I reached out to the admins in the group and they told me there was nothing that could be done and accused me of gaining so much weight in the month that I ordered it that I had destroyed it. I posted my concern in the group and was immediately removed from the group. I've since filed a *** claim but have received a few private messages from other customers that had the same experience and were kicked from the group and turned away from any sort of guarantee or assistance.
