Dear Revdex.com, In response to the complain received on 9/14/ The client arrived for an appointment on 8/17/ to Alter Ego Hair Studio for a Brazilian Blowout Treatment Treatment was performed and took approximately hoursTowards the end of the treatment the client made reference to other occasions were treatments were unsuccessful on her hairThis treatment primary function is to relax curl, minimize curl and cut down on styling time As with many other treatments the results can vary depending on hair type and textureIn years and over Brazilian Blowout services performed this is the first complaint I have ever received If the client had mentioned to me that treatment had been unsuccessful on her hair, I would have advised against it.I am enclosing letters from current clients who have received the same treatment several times, which lasted at least months The complaint of the treatment only lasting weeks is not a typical resultConsidering the solution used is already pre-mixed and always consistentDue to the fact the treatment was performed per manufacture instructions a refund for the treatment will not be providedServices were requested and rendered as instructed by the client, as mentioned above she had poor results on two other occasionsThis is not caused by the stylist or product but rather the type of hair being treatedI am willing to provide additional product specifications and or information on Brazilian BlowoutsSincerely, [redacted]

reference to 2 other occasions were treatments were unsuccessful on her hair. This treatment primary function is to relax curl, minimize curl and cut down on styling time.  As with many other treatments the results can vary depending on hair type and texture. In 12 years and over 75 Brazilian Blowout services performed this is the first complaint I have ever received.  If the client had mentioned to me that treatment had been unsuccessful on her hair, I would have advised against it.I am enclosing 2 letters from current clients who have received the same treatment several times, which lasted at least 4 months.  The complaint of the treatment only lasting 3 weeks is not a typical result. Considering the solution used is already pre-mixed and always consistent. Due to the fact the treatment was performed per manufacture instructions a refund for the treatment will not be provided. Services were requested and rendered as instructed by the client, as mentioned above she had poor results on two other occasions. This is not caused by the stylist or product but rather the type of hair being treated.
