I've been dropping in on Alter Ego Sports for a number of years I do not normally get a lot of satisfaction in shopping, but this is one of my favorite places to drop in, even if I don't end up getting anything
Today, I dropped in Unannounced, as usual I had had Alter Ego service and box my bike for a trip to Kenya It wasn't free, BUT IT WAS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR Unboxing and assembling the bike in Nairobi was an absolute pleasure The care and detail with which Alter Ego had handled the bike was outstanding Over the more than km I travelled during my month in Kenya, the bike worked flawlessly!
Returning home, I put the bike together and waited for warm weather I couldn't wait for the warm weather so I was on the bike today There was something completely weird about the steering, so on my way home from town, I stopped in at the store The young man behind the counter recognized my problem almost before I said anything: I had the front wheel on backwards How utterly embarrassing! But the Alter Ego rep tried to make me feel less stupid by saying he'd seen it before In literally minutes, he had corrected the problem in the store and sent me on my way, no charge
What I would like to pass on is that I've experienced CONSISTENT, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEOUS service at Alter Ego over many years It is always a pleasure to do business with the people there
