First of all this customer was threatening me repeatedlyHe bluntly said to me " I am going to close your business down, I'm going to cause you serious problems."If these statements made by the customer are not threats, than what do you call them? Second, I have two dry cleaning providers because I have many clothes coming in for dry cleaningWhen I contacted the dry cleaning provider the dress was serviced at, they had told me the belt is always placed underneath the hanger of the dressWhen I contacted Alena the same day and informed her, she hadn't told me she already checked underneath the dress on the hangerShe never contacted me back to follow upLastly in the first Revdex.com letter I recieved, the desired settlement was either money or to find the belt, or get a replacementA replacement can be made as I have already offered

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear Revdex.com,thank you for trying to resolve my issue with Alteration By Natalia.There is a few things I want to mention.I never asked Natalia to pay 1000$ for the dress even though it is the cost of that dress.I only told her that this is a very expensive dress and all I want is to get same exact belt because other would not suit the dress like that since it is made of very unique fabric and color.Second I told her that we were planning to wear that dress on the upcoming wedding and asked to rush the search of the belt.The answer was let it be the least of your problems,meaning dont make a big deal out of nothing.Then the owner Natalia sugested if I want to speed up the process I should better contact the third party company ( the one they use for dry cleaning) and talk to them on my own since she speaks no English.I did not react to this proposal since I expected her to do that.After almost a month of stressful and humiliating visits to Natalia and After my 5th or 6th attempt to pick up the belt I decided to finaly get involved in a search.I took a day of my work,asked Natalia for the address of the third party company and went there myself.I spoke to very kind and friendly stuff and owner Joe ( if I remebmer the name corectly).They sad it is not the first time Natalia does that to them.They also sad that she always puts the belts or other tiny parts in a bag so they dont even see them,But here is the most important part.They obviosly could not find the belt.But here is when it gets even more ineteresting.They got back to me later that day and asked me to come back.When I did come back they provided me the proof that that dress never came to them at all.The number on the ticket never matched anything from Natalia for the last month.I got very disapointed,came back to Natalia and told her that I cant waste any more time on that and that I am not being treated as a client.I am trying to find truth in this metter rather then having Natalia pay me for the dress.If you need more detailed information please dotn hazitate to contact me In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

First off all the very first thing we did is checked on the hanger and underneath it.Second of all no one asked her money and threatened Natalia.This is not true!!!All we sad is that we will complain to RevDex.com,and presented her a sample of the complain which she threw to garbage bin and sad that she does not care.And all that happened after weeks of peaceful yet very humiliating visits to Natalia.Now, we were not asking for money either.We want to find the truth.We have asked Natalia to find the belt and that`s it.That would be the only thing we would ask her and that the only thing that will accommodate us.Yes we did say that this is a very expensive dress and that without the belt it is useless.Like I sad before all she sad let be the least of your problems and she offered to make one up but according to Natalias statement she would not be able to find the same exact material.Now she says the dress is Light Gey which is also not the case its light blue/turquoise color which is very unique.The dress has been hanging at Natalias for a few weeks and she does not even remember what color is it.Why? Because she did not even take a look and never spent a minute of her time trying to resolve an issue.But instead she sent us to the third party company to look for the belt on our own.And again the third party company got back to us and told us that the dress was never brought to them at all.So I took the day off my work went to the place (third party dry cleaning company) myself looked for the belt and then find out that the dress was never brought to them (third party dry cleaning company) and they provided me with the proof.After almost one month after all that started she did not even bother to go to her vendor and check for the belt but instead send us there.Is that what she call customer service?And last but not least,- the reason Alena never showed up but instead her husband would is because she is month pregnant and thus she was not be able to handle such a humiliating experience that Natalias would put us through

On May **,the customer brought pieces of clothing to have dry cleaned, including one belted dressMy price list for a casual dress ranges from $to $I charged for this dress the minimum of $The order was ready June *,in the afternoonThe customer picked up the order and came
back the next day to complain about a missing beltThe dry cleaning is done by a a separate dry cleaning company that picks up and delivers orders to my storeI called the dry cleaning company with a description of the dress and sent pictures as wellI explained to the customer that if the belt is not found I can sew a new belt with similar fabricBut the customer was uninterested in a solution to the missing belt on the dress and more interested in recieveing money for the dressHe told me the dress cost $and he wants money for the dressI explained to him the dry cleaning laws of New York State, which states that you may only recieve times the amount you paid for the service if the dress was lost or damaged, not the beltThe customer misunderstood me and thought he could recieve times the value of the dress, he thought he would recieve $10,for a missing beltI later spoke to the manager of the the dry cleaning company and he told me the belt is most likely on the hanger underneath the dress and the customer may have not seen it if they didn't take the dress off the hangerI called the wife of the customer and asked her to check for the belt on the hanger underneath the dress but she was not near the dress at the momentSince than, I never heard back from the wife or the customer

Review: On 11/**/2013 I came to Alteration & Cleaners by Natalia and gave my sheepskin coat for cleaning. [redacted]) picked up my sheepskin coat, wrote all my contact information (name, address, phone) and asked me I'm [redacted] or not. I said yes. She told me that when it will be ready then she will call me (around after 2 weeks). Nobody called me during three weeks and I went to Alteration & Cleaners by Natalia and the [redacted] was rude and when I asked when I can pick up my sheepskin coat then she ([redacted]) told me -- I don't know where is your sheepskin coat ... Go away [redacted] woman. After this I was there (in Alteration & Cleaners by Natalia) many times during last 14 months and always she told me same -- Go away [redacted] woman, we lost your sheepskin coat. Today is January **, 2015 and I still did not received my coat back.Desired Settlement: The [redacted] Alteration & Cleaners by Natalia must return my sheepskin coat or if they lost it they need pay me $950.00 (I bought it for $950.00).
