Every customer that walks through our door is important! Customers are called when they're orders are done. Her order was finished before she picked it up. I am sorry that she did not get our first call, but we did call. We give a lot of time...

to each order which sometimes causes us to get behind. Notes are made every time we place a call. If they do not come in, we try to call as a reminder once a week. We stay extremely busy so 2nd, 3rd and so on "call backs" are done as timely as possible. As for our front assistant she is very professional and courteous. Ms. [redacted] was clearly agitated when she came in. our assistant apologized several times to [redacted] that she was unhappy with her order. [redacted] even remarked that she knew it was not "her" fault. At no time did she ask to speak to "[redacted]" the owner. We work very hard to make sure everyone is [redacted] with our results. If the item had a blue zipper in a black outfit she should bring it to my attention, immediately. If she would bring it in today, any problems would be corrected right away. Everyone that works at this business makes a conscious effort to do really good work. And we all work very hard. I stand by my employees 100%. We are humans not perfect.

When Ms. [redacted] came in for her initial fitting I tried to pay attention to every detail she needed, however, I forgot to write down to reinforce the button on her ticket. ...

That was my mistake that it did not get done. I didn't see any stitching problems on the side and she did not mention it, so I cannot respond to that. If there are ever any problems I always correct it! One of the many reasons we are so highly recommended is because we make it right and want every customer to leave happy. After we finished the side alterations and put the bra pads in she was called ans we did another fitting.
I told her I was sorry I forgot the button and would go back and do it right away, but she wasn't completely happy with the fit. We discussed a different way to do the top, which was taking up the shoulders not just fixing the button. This was a lot more work, so it would be more money which we discussed the difference in price and decided this was the better option. She wanted the shoulders taken up so we did what she asked for. It took a little longer to finish because of the extra work.
When I went over the dress before the picked it up I noticed it still had some Tailor's Ink (which is what is used to mark the seams and comes out with water) and sometimes you have to spray it a few times for it to come out because it can reappear after it dries. That is why the dress was a little wet, not dirty. We take great care with every garment.
She was asked if she wanted to try it on, she said no and left.

This is not at all what happened! I did try it on and I said I was unsatisfied! The dress looked horrible, it was dirty, and it still didn't fit right. It costs a hundred dollars to go have it cleaned after your business got it dirty! You are not highly recommended. I looked on yelp and several other sites that say you have done this to many people! And you didn't even address the issue of the times you told me it would be done and it wasnt. I still expect a refund.

The dress was done on time originally. I forgot to write down to resew the button, so when the customer came in to pick up her dress that was the only thing I needed to do. When I asked her if she would like me to do that quickly she changed her mind on the type of alteration she wanted done. We worked the dress back in our schedule and it took a little longer than I said, but much quicker than our out date we had at that time. We added no express charge to the order just the new alterations and we discussed what the additional cost would be at that time. She approved the cost so we did the work. When we finished she was asked if she would like to try it on she said no and left. The dress was not dirty when it left our building. The services we provided were done as requested and there will be no refund for our work.

You are completely lying! I DID try on the dress so stop saying I didn't. The dress was dirty and I took it somewhere else to get it cleaned. They said this in not the first time they had to fix something that was done by you! I had to pay an extra [redacted] to get it cleaned because YOU got it dirty! I never asked for express work so don't even throw that in. There should have been no additional charge because YOU did not complete the work to begin with. I can't believe you are straight up lying! I have made a complaint with some places that you advertise and this will not be settled until I receive a refund and an apology for the fact that you are lying! What a horrible company!
