I do not recommend using this businessTook in two suit jackets to be altered in Mid August, was told it would be done within days Went back, picked them up got home and only jacket was done Took it back on Monday and was told it would be done on Friday went back on Saturday to pick it up and it still wasn't done.Frances said she would do it nowI had an appointment so she said she would drop it off where I was at by noon My appt was over at noon but no Frances Waited around until 12:when she finally showed She shoved it at me and jumped back in her carThe sleeve on the right was a messThe button hole (that should have been under the sleeve) was off to the side and clearly visibleI took it back again and she apologized and said she would have it done by the following Saturday I went back in on Saturday and it hadn't been touched and she was on vacationOne of her employees even commented it was a mess and offered to fix it and bring it to me laterI had things to do and didn't want to wait around again for them to bring me something that should have already been doneI said I would wait for Frances to get backI was very angry at that point because the jacket is ruinedSpoke with Frances today ( 9/25) and she said her employees told her I was screaming at them, waiving my arms and yelling about itI admit my voice was raised at different points but no screaming or waiving my arms and I did tell other customers as I was leaving -good luck getting your stuff doneFrances was angry about the comment and refused to let me pick up my still unfinished jacket and said she would ship it to me Very unpleasant to work with and incompetent
