Dear Revdex.com, In response to your letter dated May 20, 2017, containing the statement from the consumer which states in part, "Alterations By Sandra already tried to replace my jeans and was not able to do so," I would like to reiterate here as we did in our [redacted] response to Ms [redacted] , that had she provided us with a full and exact description of her jeans, we would have ordered the exact replacement and we would not be at this juncture This failure on her part, as well as her refusal to allow us to purchase the correct pair of jeans, once she provided us with the exact description of them are the basis for our refusal to reimburse her the purchase price she paid for her original jeans If I can address any other concerns you may have, please fee free to contact me at your convenienceSincerely, [redacted] OwnerAlterations By Sandra

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [As stated in my original complaint, Alterations by Sandra already tried to replace my jeans and was not able to do so. Therefore, I am asking to be reimbursed for my jeans that were ruined by a tailor at Alterations by Sandra. I’m not sure why I am getting pushback on this matter. Alterations by Sandra wanted a fair shot to fix the issue, which they did not, so I simply want reimbursement for the jeans. Dear Revdex.com,I received the initial letter sent by your office. It only contained an "enrollment" form to the Revdex.com and nothing else. You letter of May 9, 2017 is my first notice of the fact that Ms. [redacted] has brought her concerns to your organization.I have already addressed Ms. [redacted]'s concerns...

in response to her [redacted] review on April 25, 2017 of which I've included a copy for your review. At this time, I have no additional comments.
