Review: We hired Altered Air to install a new furnace, air conditioning and a new main vent return (belly return).
Altered Air incorrectly installed the A/C coil condenser so we can't put a filter under the furnace. Also, when Altered Air installed a new main vent return (belly return), they failed to seal off the old return.
Because of these two careless mistakes, it caused an increase in our heating and air conditioning bills and risking our health by subjected me and my family to breathing dirt, dust, and rat feces for two and a half yearsDesired Settlement: A portion of what I was billed refunded so I can have a qualified contractor do the work.
