My experience with Top Line has been one of the less stressful encounters that I have had since I moved back here six months agoWhen I tell you that although I was angry at the price there is no one in the valley cheaper nor as quick an accomadating as *** over at Top LineHe didn't make me feel dumb because I was a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage ofThis shop will remain the ONE and ONLY shop that I will recommend to others as well as my mechanics for all my car needsI want to say thanks to everyone over there because I had almost gave up on this hot *** state
Top Line Service I had very bad experience with this autoshop location they replaced the radiator left air in clogged everything caused my car to overheat.Then they said I needed a new motor,(fraud information)I took my car to another automechanic no new engine is needed
Good service and pricestopline has done several jobs to keep my Mustang running goodI also take in my SS for maintenance and they always do a great job upfront about what needs to be done and prices are always lower than anyone elseThe mechanics there are experienced and get the jobs done in a timely mannerThank You ***,and the rest of the crew
My opinion is that I have received the worst service at this place through customer care and actual work done than any other auto repair encounterCustomer Service: Through multiple visits to correct a warranty issue I had to call the business to find out that my car had been "done for hours" and was awaiting pick up Upon arriving I was given vague details about what was actually fixed and told I would have to come back for an invoice Several service visits later I still had the same issue wrong with my car and still the same response about invoices with none from the previous visits either When I pressed the issue I was told that nothing was done on my car before and that the warranty would no longer be honored When asked for a detailed written explanation of the warranty I was told yo come back another day, which resulted in the same response on next visitsService and Labor Issues: when given the assurance that burning oil would be fixed I held the advisor to his word After multiple visits that spanned a years time I was left with the same problem and told they would need more money to fix the situation Each time the advisor would try and get me to spend more money on other issues and ignore the previous garentees offered on work they collected money for and still had not fixedI leave the interactions with this business feeling like they were more after money then actually providing a service When given multiple opportunities they still failed to deliver and also managed to give poor customer service as well
