Hey there ***,Thanks for getting back in touchFrom what I can tell it does appear that the refund has been sent over for the previous order and looking at the most recent charge it appears that the subscription had not been cancelled before the next subscription charged. In either case I can confirm that both charges have been refunded, your subscription cancelled, and just to ensure no other charges will be received - I've blacklisted the card from our payment systemHere are the two transaction IDs th at you can share with your bank for confirmation of the funds being released and sent over:Order on 12/11/- Refund Transaction ID: ***Order on 11/10/- Refund Transaction ID: *** Please keep in mind that refunded transactions can take anywhere from 5-business days to be returned but if at any point you feel those funds are taking longer than they should - you are more than welcome to reach out to your bank and provide these transaction IDs for reference.
