Patient originally notified us that she received a bill from *** on 6/3/*** did bill her insurance for a ***. Her bill shows that her insurance covered $720.66. Her responsibility to *** was $She did not receive a bill from *** We have been
trying to contact the patient on 10/and 10/but her voice mail was full. We also left a message on 10/23/on her voicemail which she never returned. We are trying to resolve her billing issue with *** and intend on making sure that this matter is resolved

I am disappointed that it took nearly six months and a complaint to the Revdex.com to get this business to do the right thingI was very patient and respectful in my correspondence with the business throughout this unfortunate situation and feel that the only reason they reimbursed me is because of my complaint to the Revdex.com.
