policy that all deliveries be moved to an authorized area which will alleviate this problem from happening in the future. We extend our sincerest apologies to this guest and the disturbances that he had experienced during his visit In good faith the resort has agreed to refund the guest room charges, taxes and resort fees for his stay The *** *** will be issuing credits today to the credit card on file and associated with this reservation Again we extend our sincerest apologies for these incidents that occurred .
