VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this company. Hired them to build and install 2 custom closets. Either the measurements were not taken correctly or they were not used as there was a large gap between the closet and the wall even after "filler" was installed. Installer wanted to add more filler, not my definition of a custom closet. Laminate had nicks and chips, handles on drawers were not straight. Closet supports were to rest on floor as specified by sales rep and pictured in their design. Sales rep told me that these supports are critical for stability. Called them numerous times to discuss problems with installation, they did not return my phone calls. After considerable effort on my part, finally was able to get an appointment for installer to return and attempt to fix faulty installation. He did not show up for appointment. When I called to inquire where he was I was told he isn't coming today but will be there at 9 am on the next business day. He showed up at 4 pm, no call telling me he would be late. Installer was not given the materials he needed in order to widen the closet. He had to use shelves, sawing them on my floor to try and make supports for permanent shelves and took a big chunk out of my wall when he removed the section in order to widen the closet. He called his boss to see what to do about the supports that were floating above the floor. Boss said I would have to pay extra to have that fixed even though it was part of their original design. Installer left around 7 pm, said he would not be returning but that shelves would be sent via [redacted] to me to replace the ones he had to use to create supports. After 3 weeks, no shelves had arrived, I sent a letter to the president of the company certified mail explaining my situation...no response. I had to deny the charge on my [redacted] and finally get the sales rep involved to at least get the missing shelves. This has taken so much of my time and has been very frustrating not to mention disappointing. I have no confidence that these closets will stand the test of time. Wish I had not hired this company. They don't care about quality or customer service/ satisfaction and feel no need to deliver a complete and quality product. I suggest you look elsewhere for your custom closet system
