In 2015, Alternative Concrete was subcontracted by a Savannah company who was doing the customers pool After the pool work was completed the customer also wanted an outdoor fireplace A deposit of $4500.00, which is half, was required to start work on the outdoor fireplace The owner met plus times with the customer to finalize plans and once at a stone yard to pick out stone for the outdoor fireplace Alternative Concrete goes out of its way to make sure that the customer has the best experience and is happy with the end result The $4500.00, the customer paid for a deposit on the outdoor fireplace has been refunded If there is work that needs to be done to repair the pool deck, the customer should have contact us Alternative Concrete includes a full warranty with every job which is located on the back of their contractIf you have any questions feel free to contact me at [redacted] .Thank You

July 14, Complaint #*** To who it may concern, The job was completed in and the customer was told at that time that the cracks were not covered under warranty. I was unable to make the appointment and called to reschedule but got no answer. I was able to make
it by on a different day to look at the issue, and talked with someone in the household telling them that we would be by as soon as we could to address the issues. When it comes to repair work we complete them when we have another job in that same area. The job has been fixed and the homeowner was not charged for the repairs that were not covered under warranty. Alternative Concrete
