Review: We hired this company who installs Fox brand pools in the fall of 2012. Mr. Jamison started the work on the pool in March of 2013 and has failed to complete the pool to current date. He failed to follow his contract on numerous issues. We paid for concrete to be done professionally and he failed to cpmplete this to our satisfaction. Mr. Jamison left the worksite for months at a time to complete other work after he was paid to do our pool. The quality of his work is poor.Desired Settlement: The total cost of the pool was $24,000. To date we have paid him $16,000. The balance owed to Mr. Jamison is $9100.00. I feel we do not owe him anything else on this pool. The estimate to replace the concrete is $5500.00, we also have to purchase a pool pump and motor and pay a electrican to finish the lighting in the pool. We also have to pay a plumber to hook up the pump and hoses. We also have an outsanding waterbill of $200 for water he used in trying to correct the cement job. They're are other outstanding fees that he owes us, use of some veneer rock, cinderblock and rebar used in laying the concrete. We just do not want anymore communications with Mr. Jamison.

This letter is in response to a complaint on my business from customers [redacted] & [redacted] ID No. [redacted] & [redacted] hired me to build a Fox16x32 Crescent Kidney pool in the fall of 2012. We agreed on a start date of Oct. 30, 2012 and my employees and I were ready to start construction on the pool on the start date. I had my excavation contractor scheduled to start digging the pool on the start date. [redacted] calls me and said he wanted to build a retaining wall for the pool so we could not start until the following week. We waited a week and he called again and said he had not been able to build the wall it would be another week. Being under contract to build the pool and anticipating that we would be able to start the pool I did not take on any other jobs. [redacted] delayed the construction on the pool for over a month and cost me thousands of dollars in lost work and my employees had no work. In December he said we could start the pool. By then it was too cold to start the pool and we had to wait until spring. We finally were able to start the pool in the spring of 2013 and had many delays because of rain. I did not agree to build their pool in the spring I signed the contract to build the pool in the fall of 2012 not the spring of 2013. We service a lot of pools for our regular customers and the delay that was caused by [redacted] caused me to have to build their pool and at the same time try to take care of my regular customers during the peak of my busy season in one of the rainiest seasons on record. The pool contract between [redacted] & [redacted] and myself states that a payment of $9100.00 was due when the pool was filled with water. The pool was filled with water on 8/10/13. They have yet to make the payment. As for the quality of our work I would invite anyone reading this letter to contact [redacted] & [redacted] and see if they will allow you to take a look at the pool and you decide if it is a quality job or not.
