I applied a credit of $- The cable service was dropped on 07/08/- Gave credit of the online service from that time till 08/- I also have someone looking into the service issues - Any credit after that date can be applied -

***,In regard to your letter about you Mediacom account you are being charged $for your services but you have to add the Taxes and Fees on themWe cannot do anything about thatWe do not control the charges for taxes and fees it is Federal, State and City and NetworksYou would have

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me BUT I have not had confirmation of any billing adjustments for such a hassle of getting this completedWhen the tech had shown up they mentioned that this was the first schedule they had received, and they come to *** at least once a month to do cable burial. Communication was lost somewhere through Mediacom since I was to have this done in April

this was fixed on 9-1 at 8 pm.    He called tech  when he was on site. Really all that needed done was a hit sent to the box.  Tech  had that done remotely and called customer back to verify it was working.Cust did say everything was working.. Thank you if...

This was all taken care of on 9/13/16.Tech cut drop over and installed grounding and sdu box.Temp drop on the ground was removed.
