Dear Revdex.com: On 4/9/*** and his significant other I'm assuming, came into Alternative Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing for tattoosWe took a $DEPOSIT on each person as we do for all clientele that was to schedule an appointment with an ArtistThis DEPOSIT on each tattoo is applied to the
price of the tattooPlease ask to see his receipt as it clearly states it is for DEPOSITSThey were both scheduled for an appointment with Cassidy back to back on 4/9/Unfortunately Cassidy had to call out due to a family emergencyUnfortunately, Neither Cassidy or Jen called the customer to cancel because one of the staff drew a line through their name in the appointment book indicating to us that the appointment had been changed to another date or canceledThis is why I offered to give them $each as a discount and book them an appointment for the next dayDEPOSITS are non-refundable and applied to the price of the tattoo when they come in to get itWe have it clearly posted on the counter DEPOSITS are non-refundableThe receipt that *** has is clearly marked and says DEPOSITSMaybe you should ask him to see it? I have my copy if you would like to see it? We have Artist and must keep the guidelines the same for all as I explained to ***I cannot give one persons deposit to one Artist to return to the customer and not the othersAs *** stated in his complaint to Washington State Attorney General, that I'm enclosing we offered to give them to give me some adjustments for future serviceI offered $off each tattoo and to reschedule them with the same Artist and they accused us of placing them with the same Artist with the intent that we would have her purposely mess up their tattoos and that they wanted their DEPOSIT backThis would have made their $DEPOSIT go towards the price of their tattoo plus another $each that we would have had as a business lossThey would have been $ahead!!! I explained the DEPOSITS were non-refundableAt that point they threatened us for minutes that they knew someone from the Attorney Generals Office and a Judge and we would regret our decisionWe kindly asked them to leaveJen owned a tenant screening credit reporting company for years named Accurate Screening & Credit Reporting Incthat you can verifyJen worked with consumer credit reports and background checks and NEVER in years had a complaint, law suite or public record filed against Jen's businessWe were nice to them and tried to help them until they got nastyWe will consider this matter closed as services have been rendered as Cassidy has already done both of their tattoos and they paid another $This is what would have happened in the first place if they would have accepted another appointment timeWe reserve the right to refuse service if we deem necessary is posted in our shop for all to seeIt will apply in this caseWe the Owners, listed below do not wish to have any more business transactions with themWe have never had to refuse service to anyone in years of the tattoo business or years in the screening industrySad it has come to thisPlease feel free to contact Jen Peterson with any questions at*** cell or (253)548-shop phone
