Alternative Lawn Care

After some issues last year, I held my last payment back from them. Thought I would give them another try this year. Paid my balance and requested service from them. They were no show's 2 days in a row. Called Amy the morning of the 2nd day and she advised they would be there that day for sure. No phone call or communication at all. Worst customer service I have ever had. Amy just tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Don't waste your time with this company. I found a much better option.
