Review: I bought a generator from Alternative Light and Energy solutions in 2013. I had it serviced as required. I had one problem in 2014 which was fixed after a few service calls.However, now my generator is not starting. The remote indicator shows that the engine is not starting. I also witnessed the non-start on the scheduled test date - Tuesdays at 3 p.m.I started calling the company on Wed., Jan 7, 2015 to schedule a service call. I called both the regular number and the emergency number and left messages. I called again numerous times on Friday and left messages. [redacted] finally called back on Friday from a different phone number and said it would not be until the following week that someone could come out. I called her back on the new phone number on Monday, the 12th, to see when someone was coming out. Again all 3 phone numbers did not respond. I left messages numerous times at all 3 phones. I called again numerous times all 3 numbers on Tuesday, the 13th. [redacted] did respond on Tuesday and said it would be at least one, probably 2 weeks till someone would be here. I asked for an appointment and she said she could not schedule anything because her boss [redacted] - owner) had not given her permission to do so. I called numerous times again Wed., the 14th and today, the 15th; leaving messages for someone to call me back each time. Today, I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because no one was even returning my phone calls; let alone scheduling an appointment to service my generator. [redacted] did call back and said she still could not schedule an appointment because of some change over. I asked her if [redacted] could come out and she said no. My generator is still under warranty and I think Alternative Light and Energy needs to service it so I have no problems in my house if we loss electricity; which happens often in our neighborhood.I have referred two other people to this company who have also purchased generators from them.Desired Settlement: I need a service person here to fix my generator!!!!
