We received Mr*** signed contract on June 3rd, On that same day, Mr*** requested that changes be made to the building design, and he continued to request changes over the course of the next several weeksMr*** then called the office on June 19th, and was upset that we
could not give him an exact delivery dateIt was explained to him, that until he signed the Change Authorizations for his requested changes, we could not begin ordering his materials, therefore we could not give him a scheduled delivery dateHe was gently urged to sign the outstanding Change Authorizations and send them back to us right away, so that we could begin ordering his materialsMr*** called again on June 22nd, 2015, and was again upset that we could not give him a delivery dateThe office manager explained to him that until we receive his signed Change Authorizations, we cannot figure or order the materials for his building until we are certain as to the building design he desiresHe became very belligerent and said that he did not understand why wanting to make changes to his design would delay the processHe continually asked what we were willing to give him to compensate for his inconvenienceThe office manager apologized for his feeling inconvenienced, but that the office was following company policy and that she didn’t feel any compensation was appropriateHe asked to talk to her manager so that he could get the compensation he felt he deservedHe then asked for more changes be made to the buildingHe was mailed a 3rd Change Authorization on June 23rd, The office manager told him that he would need to sign and mail back this Change Authorization, and she would expedite his orderThis 3rd Change Authorization was received on July 1st, at which time, we immediately ordered the pieces and parts for Mr*** building and scheduled the delivery for July 10th, On July 6th, 2015, Mr*** was made aware of his delivery date and agreed to accept materials on July 10th, On July 9th, 2015, after the truck had already been loaded with Mr*** materials, Mr*** called the office to cancel his delivery for the following dayWhile this last minute change was costly to the company, we agreed to reschedule the deliveryMr*** contacted the office again four business days after delivery of his materials demanding a construction start dateWe reminded Mr*** that once we delivered materials, we strive to start construction weeks later and that the foreman would call him in advance to solidify the schedule once it got closerHe then called our corporate office to complain furtherHe was contacted again by the office manager to discuss the construction schedule, but he hung up, and again called the corporate officeHe further complained that he had been treated poorly and demanded compensation againHe demanded an additional walk door and (2) windows yet refused to pay for the additional products at a cost to the company of $The construction superintendent met with Mr*** prior to construction to go over the building lay out and discuss the construction processMr*** again tried to make changes to the building, but the construction superintendent explained to him that the materials would not allow for the changes requestedMr*** insisted that the framing material be replacedThe crew inspected and inventoried the material on the job site and elected to replace (2) 6’x6’ posts as well as some lumber for the framingMr*** continually caused interruptions in the construction and interfered in the crew’s ability to workSeveral times, he insisted the crew stop working so that he could make changes or call the construction superintendent to complain, with each work stoppage being very costly to Blitz BuildersOnce the building was completely framed and trimmed out, Mr*** made the crew stop working, yet again, because he decided he wanted larger garage doorsThe garage doors he originally selected were already purchased and scheduled to be installed that very dayThe crew had to redo the framing ($80.00), Blitz Builders had to pay a restocking fee ($248.00) and new doors had to be ordered ($168.00), shipped ($250.00) and rescheduled for installationHe was given a price to make this change, however, Mr***, once again, refused to pay for the products and changesBlitz Builders stands behind the product provided to Mr***His building is built within the industry standards, and we have gone over and beyond what he contracted us to do at every junctureIn the interest of settling this account, Mr*** was offered a $discount off of his final payment of $8,120.00, if settled by September 2nd, That discount coupled with the $1,of additional products and services given to Mr*** would have equaled to $2,total discount for a quality building sold to him at a fair priceAt this point in time, our expected outcome is that Mr*** pay in full for the products and services contracted for and provided*** *** *** *** **

Response:We have accommodated Mr*** every request; from the multiple design changes he requested, to rescheduling the delivery of materials after they had already been loaded on the truck for delivery, and by providing him additional products and services, and now he refuses to uphold his end of the contractAt this time, we expect payment in full as contracted (Balance due: $8,120.00)Because we have complete confidence in our product and customer service is of the utmost importance to us, we have continually gone out of our way to satisfy Mr***All warranties become effective once payment, in full, has been receivedBlitz Builders stands behind the product provided to Mr***His building is built within the industry standards, and we have gone over and beyond what he contracted us to do at every junctureIn an effort to appease Mr***, we have already provided Mr*** with $1,worth of additional products and services that were not included in his contractBlitz Builders has now fulfilled our portion of the contract and all we are asking is that Mr*** do the same

We at Blitz Builders strive to provide our customers with a product that they are 100% happy with and make every attempt to remedy any issues that arise. This was certainly the case with Ms. [redacted]. Once she reported her rust issues to us, we immediately processed her claim and put it into our system...

to have our Construction Superintendent schedule a trip to her job site to make an assessment and formulate a plan of action from there. Upon visiting the site, the Construction Superintendent found that the customer had installed OSB on the inside of the building. He also found that the rust was originating from the inside of the metal panels and could only be found where the OSB was installed. He also found an abundance of sand and manure trapped between the customer installed OSB and the metal. He concluded that the OSB that the customer installed coupled with the elements found in the area were creating excessive moisture that was being trapped against the metal, resulting in the metal rusting from the inside. The Construction Superintendent discussed his findings with Ms. [redacted]. Even so, in the interest of providing the customer with the best customer service possible and in the accordance to our warranty claim procedure, we did turn this over to the metal supplier to investigate further. A representative from the metal company accompanied one of our managers to the job site. It was the professional opinion of both our manager and the metal company representative that the rust is occurring due to the alterations the customer made to the building and because of the elements settling against the metal. While we certainly understand Ms. [redacted]’s frustration, we did follow through with our commitment to examine her warranty claim, and were very forthcoming with our findings. Unfortunately, the issues causing the rust are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

One of our construction supervisors met with Mr. [redacted] yesterday afternoon. We are presenting a proposal to Mr. [redacted] to correct the height issue. It is less than 3/4 of an inch short but it is our desire to work with him until he is satisfied. I will have the details Friday...

afternoon,Feb 26th and will pass that information on to the Revdex.com.
