I went ahead and checked in on your file and it looks like you had two issues remaining with a value substantially less than the $originally paid (since you've already received a majority of the two year [issue] subscription, less two issues)However, due to the fact that you are a loyal fan we are going to go ahead and send you our January & February issue to the address you suppliedWe also will be issuing a full refund for the amount you originally paid ($15.00)Included in the shipment will be information on our new membership programShould you like what you see - hopefully we can win you back :)Thanks again for your loyalty and have a wonderful weekend

It looks like you were one of our members who signed up during a transition that took place towards the end of the year. Unfortunately, your information did not get rolled...
