According to our records the photos in question were in fact hand delivered to the Conneaut Library (where pictures were taken) along with many other clients photos that had also partaken in our photo shoot there It was the responsibility of Library staff members to distribute photos and to our knowledge there were no other issuesWe were not made aware of this issue until December 23, when Ms [redacted] contacted meI immediately reprinted photos (I paid extra for a rush delivery from the lab) and sent them priority mail to her homeMs [redacted] contacted me again in mid-January stating that she hadn't received her printsI confirmed her mailing address (which matched our records) and sent reprints for a second timeMs [redacted] contacted me again first week of February stating that she again had not received the printsI apologized to her, ordered the reprints for a third time, and told her that I would personally deliver them to her workplace once the prints were receivedAs of 2/12/I contacted Ms [redacted] to let her know that I'm due to receive her lab prints this Friday 2/14/and will deliver them personally upon receiptI'm sorry for this issueI feel that I returned every phone call promptly and did everything in my power in attempts to satisfy this customer

Phillips Photography finally delivered the photographs on February 14th after contacting your services.
I would like to correct what she said in her statement though.
She said she mailed the photos on December 23rd. That day she told me that she would put them in my mailbox that night so I would have them for Christmas. I remember that because I asked her to put them in a plastic bag so they wouldn't get wet if the door opened. No mention of mailing them was made. OR having to process them since they should have already been printed.
I called after Christmas but her answering message said they were closed for renovations. I left a message. No return call was received.
I called her another time in January and she said they would be mailed out.
I called her On February 5th. She said she was stuck in Erie due to the weather, would be in Cleveland the next day but could hand deliver them to me on Friday. No delivery was made.
I called her the next day, she said her mom was supposed to drop off the photos. But since her mom was in Nashville, she would have to call me back in an hour to find out what happened. No call was received. I called her back again that day. She said she didn't get a hold of her mom but would reprint them and get the ones her mom had and call me first thing Monday morning to set up a time to get them. No call was received.
No apology was ever made until the day she showed up to drop the pictures off. That was a quick "Sorry about that," as she walked out. The apology she mentioned never happened.
I called the post office since she said they were sent Priority Mail. They told me that it would have a tracking number and I should get it from her to find out what happened to it. They said not to accept her saying she checked it and it was delivered. I need to actually get the number from her.
I should not be surprised that she lied in her statement to the Revdex.com. I want my side on record since she made it look like I was just saying I didn't get them. I have six other people in the household to verify they were never received. After seeing reviews on other websites about her company, I am obviously not the only person this has happened too.
I think it's funny that the pictures were finally able to show up within days of contacting the Revdex.com.
I really appreciate your help with this situation. I didn't think we were ever going to get the pictures. ...And she did send two extra 4x6 photos but no refund.

Ms. [redacted] contacted me again first week of February stating that she again had not received the prints. I apologized to her, ordered the reprints for a third time, and told her that I would personally deliver them to her workplace once the prints were received. As of 2/12/14 I contacted Ms. [redacted] to let her know that I'm due to receive her lab prints this Friday 2/14/14 and will deliver them personally upon receipt. I'm sorry for this issue. I feel that I returned every phone call promptly and did everything in my power in attempts to satisfy this customer.
