Good Afternoon,I have attached the original Email stating that my clients sisters will be receiving the full refundsI would be happy to issue [redacted] a refund but as you see in the attached documents I issued the refunds to the sistersIf they internally want to work that out financially as being sisters they canIf not the sisters will need to contact me to send back the monies they received on ***’s behalfI did exactly what [redacted] wanted back in AugustWe have been nothing but responsive to our client with any need she hadWith [redacted] filing bankruptcy which was completely out of our hands we did everything we could and found replacement dresses for ***’s sistersWith personal taste they decided not to go with them and we had no problem issuing refundsHer 3rd sister, [redacted] did find a dress that we got in for her during the time of [redacted] filing bankruptcyWhich again we couldn’t control that timing with our clients weddingI hope this is a matter we can resolve as I’m sure my client wants to just enjoy being marriedIf there is anything else we can do to show documents we would be happy to do soThank you for your time [redacted]

[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease type details here:] The whole reason that I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com was because my sisters as of March 2018, still have not received their refund checks I did speak with *** earlier this afternoon on March and advised that my sisters still have not received their checks Per our conversatio, *** is going to cancel the alleged checks that were supposedly issued, wait for the canceled checks “to clear” and re-issue the checks which I will be picking up from their store. Again, Bella Rose bridal boutique and myself came to this agreement and I will be waiting to hear from *** as to when she has re-issued the checks and I will be picking them up from their store.

Review: All complaints are against Alternative Solutions Inc / Alternative Solutions of Campbell and Alternative Solutions, Inc and the TDI Guy (Sacramento, CA) owned by [redacted] all operating under BAR license [redacted]. My vehicle (1997 Volkswagen Passat TDI) was in [redacted]s possession for work at all three of the locations listed during the period of August 25th 2014 until March 20th 2015.Not performing requested work in the time-frame promised on numerous and repeated occasions. The original length of the job was quoted at 2 weeks, but the car was actually in their possession for approximately 200 days total between the period of August 2014 to March 2015. First I was deprived of my vehicle for 130 days between August 25th, 2014 until January 2nd, 2015, when the original estimate given by [redacted] to complete the work was 2 weeks. I was then forced to return my car to the shop because of negligence, missing/damaged parts and potential catastrophic damage (due to installation misconfiguration) to my newly rebuilt engine on January 9th, 2015, and was again deprived of access to my car for 70 days between January 9th, 2015 and March 20th, 2015, when the original estimate given by [redacted] to complete that work was 1 week. (rare) Updates were just more excuses.Not relaying critical information about the status of the work being done, including my own incorrect assumptions in regards to the primary reason I brought my car to Alternative Solutions (leaking head gasket) in the first place. I have the returned used parts which show no damage to the head gasket that would indicate any leak had ever occurred. This fact was not mentioned to me at any point.My vehicle bumper was damaged while in the possession and care of [redacted] sometime between the dates of January 9th 2015 and March 20th 2015. I was offered only a partial payment over email, then the offer to reimburse me was reneged entirely, with [redacted] suddenly denying liability, accusing me of taking advantage of him, and deflecting blame to myselfDesired Settlement: I am requesting the cost to replace the bumper cover and perform the necessary body work, paint and repairs in the amount of $1700 due to negligent handling of my vehicle.Furthermore, the original repairs were under-quoted and made under my false assumptions of a leaky head-gasket. I was never informed the head-gasket was not the problem, and numerous additional repairs were made without disclosing this fact to me; I am requesting an additional $1800 refund.Total refund req.: $3500
