Due to a variety of circumstances, some outside of our control, Ms. [redacted] became dissatisfied with

her experience at our behavioral health treatment center.

The financial aspects of her case have thus far been handled in accord with our standing refund

We've contacted and expressed this to Ms. [redacted] via voice-mail as it's essentially impossible to reach her

in order to engage in a live telephone conversation.  The refund amount has been expressed mailed already.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: Misrepresentation of services and facilities. With holding of monies for lack of or with drawl of services due to lack of quality. Services did not meet standard put forth through website. Monies collected for services with held and not refunded even though services were declined by meDesired Settlement: Refund of first payment minus 2400. Offered as settlement for what service was rendered

They will then have collected 2600.00 $ from me. All else to be refunded for services not obtained

My total refund requested 1st payment 5000.$ second payment refund can stand as is

I have read some reviews about ATMC. I would like to say that this program is not perfect. The staff are human and have made some mistakes. If you have been around this particular arena long enough you come to understand that complaints are quite common. It is just part of the package due to the population served.

My experience as a past consumer was blended with both positive and negative. This is also a reflection of life.

I found the staff to hold my best interest at heart when I couldn't. They went above and beyond in my treatment which lasted for a couple years.

I can say that ATMC is well versed in orthomolecular medicine and are willing to think outside the box. Thank God. The cookie cutter recovery model was a no go after years of attempts.

I am not here to pump up ATMC or break the business down. ATMC did a above average job with my treatment. If you called me up and asked me to review ATMC 4 weeks in I would complained and said it was no good. But it had nothing the program. My response at that time had to do with me. Not wanting to commit, focusing on all that is wrong with the inner workings, blaming everyone.

I have found that it is about your inner intention that is what drives your recovery experience. They are not saviors they can guide and then release. Then the real work begins. Providing the" bridge" for your recovery is up to you.

I also trust that ATMC corrects itself when blunders happen.

Before I came to Alternative to Meds Center, I was struggling with depression, paranoia and anxiety. After being at Alternative to Meds Center for a few weeks, I felt better mentally and physically. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. They provided clear direction on what I needed to do to become a healthier person. I always received the emotional support I needed from staff. I would certainly recommend the Alternative to Meds center to anyone who desires a friendly, worthwhile treatment experience.

I just returned from ATMC a few weeks ago. Their care and therapy was good to very good. They made every attempt to make the residents comfortable. The many modality of healing arts were very readily available. The staff was understanding and conscientious. They were eager to help all residents and the healing from whatever source of pain. Except for a few residents who made it difficult for others by their selfish actions, the atmosphere was conducive to dealing with withdrawals from psychological therapy to doctor's care. I would recommend anyone who has needs for such a facility consider the care at ATMC.

ATMC saved my life and allowed me to become a positive member of society again. I struggled with addiction and mental illness for years prior to spending 3 months at the center. I have never looked back and am eternally grateful for the difference the program made in my life.
