Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 Bidi Sticks. One didn’t work. They issued a store credit. I have tried to contact them multiple times through email and text to use the store credit. No one will respond. I will never do business with Alternative Pods again.

Site is selling fake puff plus vape devices. Fluid is fake and is not nicotine. Harmful chemicals. False advertising, knock offs. Original puff plus vapr devices, in original box, says for authentication go ***. the fraudulent advertising that contains imitation nicotine fluid says authentication is ***, which is the incorrect website to to the original. Also, bottom of device, on backside says "kado" im assuming thats the fake manufacturer behind it

We recently received a complaint from Revdex.com, case # ***. We are willing to work with you towards resolution. Please, find below our respond to a customer's complaint. First of all, we are in business over 6 years and we don't deal with fake products on our website. We have over 1000 positive reviews about our products and our service. We are not aware that the product which customer received is fake due to the fact that the brand he bought (the company/manufacture Puff) made recent changes in their product design, which are reflected on their official website:
1.Before it was the website ***, recently the company redirected it to the www.puffbar.com. If you will type it in a search box, you will see you how you will be redirected to a new domain.
2. Since we have old batches and even in some new batches we received, the bottom line on the package still says, "check/verify your product on ***," which is the old domain of the Puff Manufacture.This is the reason why Puff Plus vapor devices which the customer received says "for authentication go to ***."
3. Customer in his complaint states that on the backside of the package he could see an incomprehensible for him word "kado." The word "kado" stays for a name of the 3rd party company which generates unique codes for this brand to verify/register on the official website and make sure the product is Authentic. 4. Customer earlier received an instructions from us, where we explained to him the situation, but he never replied to us. We sent him also instructions how to send the products back in original conditions in order to receive a full refund, but as of today we didn't receive any package from him. 5. We are ready to provide the invoices from official distributor and all the information needed to get settled with this situation. We also want to ask the customer thru your service to provide us with the tracking number if he did send items back to us and it just was delayed due to covid situation. We are ready to provide the customer with the full refund and cover the postage costs if he sent the items back to us.
