Alternatix, Inc

This company owes me $12,000 for a cancelled cruise. They continued to charge my credit card even after the cruise had been cancelled. They do not answer my emails or return my calls.

This company took my money for a concert in Oct 2015. Concert was canceled and I have yet to receive my refund I have my tickets they mailed. They owe me 1880.00 there is no communication except one email. Every time I call I get the came person Damion at ext. 106. I want my money back I lost airfare money to include hotel money all together totaling $2800.00

If I don't get my money back I am going to sue them.

I bought concert tickets on 4/5/14 and a charge was put on my credit card on 4/8/14. The concert is scheduled for 5/23/14 and today's date is 5/17/14. I contacted Alternatix, Inc. aka [redacted], PO Box [redacted], Phoenix AZ, as it had been a month and I had not received my tickets. I was told the people that mail out the tickets were on a cruise and that my tickets would be mailed out on the 5/12/14. Today is 5/17/14 and I have not received my tickets. I called Alternatix, Inc twice on 5/16/14 and asked for a return call regarding if they had mailed out my tickets. I did not receive a response. I called them again on 5/17/14 and have not received a response. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge because I do not have any tickets. Why would it take 6 weeks to mail out tickets? Use caution when dealing with this company, I don't believe them to be all that reputable.

This business sold tickets to a concert, for October 2015, which I purchased several amounting to $1,300.00, they cancelled the concert and as of April 15, 2016 have not refunded my money or sent any communication as to why or what is going to happen. Beware to never purchase tickets from this company.
