in question was placed over 5+ months ago, back in November 2014, but the client did not raise an issue until May 2015.
Also at time of order placement, the client tried multiple times to obtain a discount from us, even though we explained that we believe in fair business practices and cannot treat some customers differently than others.
Our rose water is produced, filtered and handled in lab sterile environment due to the nature of the product. There are additionally two levels of QC check for all products and orders prior to shipping to ensure there is no contamination or other product issues. However, we have no control over how customers store and handle the product after purchase.
Bulk rose water orders are typically shipped in white HDPE jugs with wide neck opening. It can be contaminated, if customers do not store and handle properly, e.g. keep open, exposed to heat, sunlight, dust, etc. Based on the complaint - the product was subject to every day usage for over 5 months. This was explained to the customer as well.
Therefore, we ask Revdex.com to kindly cancel and close this case as it is not based on a legitimate business or product issue.
