Terrible company. Sent a defective 160$ graphic card for RMA but they have only sent 3 defective cards as replacements. Forced me to pay shipping which is up to 60$ now. I just sent the last paperweight they sent me. They paid for the shipping this time because I called...they hung up before the end of the conversation so I had to email them again for a rma number and shipping label. They told me that every card was tested before it was sent to me. Utter fabrication. Unless there was nothing to testing or they are not doing it right. Every card would allow for installing an os your drivers and install games but when you go to use it the card fails by either overheating freezing or artifacts. 200$ wasted. Horribly bad experience. Im depressed because I cant get a new card or use the broken ones they have sent me. Also the customer support over the phone acted like I just robbed a bank.

I purchased a video card from this company for my gaming computer. From the start I had nothing but problems with it. I can't getting blue screen, AMD has stopped responding but had recovered etc. I contacted the company and spoke with the tech supervisor. We discussed replacing the card < after me spending 3 days jumping through hoops and hurdles>with an equivalent one since after searching online reviews about this card I didn't want the same one. He sent me the same card. After installing it started having problems with it. When I called back and reminded him of the situation he stated he didn't see anything in his notes about giving me an upgrade. We never discussed an upgrade just a different card. I tried explaining this to him but he wasn't listening. He finally said he would send me an upgrade and that I would be getting an email in the next few minutes. The email never came. I called the next morning and requested to speak to his supervisor. The person that answered the phone so you want to speak with ...., and stated the name of the person I wanted to file a complaint about. I said no I want to speak to HIS supervisor. The person then transferred me to the person I wanted to file the complaint about. After discussing the email with him , I called back and asked to speak with the supervisor of the person that transferred me incorrectly. When she asked why I informed her that there seemed to be a problem with this business in listening to its customers. She again transferred me back to the original gentleman and they both have refused to send me to their supervisors!
