Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: we were specifically told that there was no issue with parkingNow the management cannot provide a parking addendum for us at all which clearly states in our lease that we would have had to sign oneI reject this offer because first come first serve parking is being taken by Sara Hale and her associates leaving even less first come first serve parking for its residentsNo one agreed to this parking addendum it was put in place and people were forced to sign for fear of retribution of getting cars towedSince I have filed this note alone I have been given three eviction notices which I feel were in response to the letter I sent to the Revdex.comMy roommate had harassment charges filed against him and we had a tow truck trying to evoke us to come out of our apartment one nightThe tow truck specifically sat outside our window for minutesWhen my roommate was out side with other tenants the tow company said that he was going to get us evicted now. They are trying to evict us now because of this suite which is against the lawI feel even more narrated when I am just trying to find a safe solution for parkingI spoke with a resident who received a free tandem parking spotSara is showing favoritism and I will not stand for it.Sincerely,*** ***
Ms *** and her roommates never signed an actual parking addendumThe lease agreement that they signed did however have a description of our parking policies and proceduresTheir contract is still valid and no changes have been made to their specific lease agreement and or polices.Sincerely, *** ***

Altia management is transitioning the parking program from first come first served parking to reserved parking. This new parking program is not mandatory for residents who are currently in the middle of a lease however, all current residents wishing to adopt the new parking program and have at...
least on parking spot reserved for them are able to do so. Should a current resident not wish to adopt the new parking program and sign the new parking addendum their original contract is still valid and parking is still first come first served in any un-reserved space. As we continue to have leases expire and new residents moving in the first come first served parking will become less and less until we have completely transitioned to all reserved parking. At no time has parking privileges been revoked. Original parking permits did not guarantee a parking space they only registered the residents car to the specific resident. Kind Regards, [redacted]
