The people they hire to do the work for them are so slow. What was promised as a 3 month from setting the home to finish took 6 months. The contractor and his workers would not show up for weeks at a time. Then we would call them, they'd show up for a day and then be gone for another week. Same cycle for 6 months. Took them 6 weeks just to build the basic straight across the front of the house porch. The drywall in some of the rooms had to be patched and sanded by us before it could be painted. We are missing molding pieces in some of the rooms, the molding isn't cut to fit properly around corners and sticks out, one of the bathrooms had a leak in the wall, and master bath shower stall leaks. We hav made several attempts at contacting them, messages left, with out any return calls. We have lived in the house now for almost 2 months, 3 weeks ago the refrigerator broke, we lost over $200 worth of food, we are having to go to store every day to buy food to cook for the day or go out to eat. This is getting expensive. We called about this also, left messages and have received no return calls.
