Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It was more than times that I stepped in that office to complain Please get with [redacted] on thisI was tired of walking in and comlaining I don’t know where to start as I am very frustrated My first day of my move in, my A/C was broken and was told to sleep with my windows openSame night I slept with roach medicine since there was a roach party in my apartment For the past months I have been having too many men (maintenance) coming in and out trying to fix the A/C Always full of different excuses to try to keep me going for another month I was told they ordered a new fan, motor and A/C unit Did not get not one of themThe last was my coils that were redone will get redone againI give up due to my year old child and am tired and uncomfortable with having too many different men coming from other apartments to fix my A/C My temperature would be at night and finally about 4pm we would have cool air and was hard to get up after a sleepless nightCould not cook due to trying to save any air to keep cool Tried to use the dishwasher and found the smell that I couldn’t find in there was backed up water that smells like sewerLeaking sink that was not fixed correctly It was not the pipes as I emailed them and came back again to tighten the pipesso I give up as I moved from a bed bath and great air condition to thinking I would down grade and live happy as I thought I would be when I first walked in to see itI was told that the pool would be open by August 1st and the pool is still with horrible green water and was given a mailbox key to make a copy and bring the original back and for whatmailbox is broken and need to pick up my mail at the post office Really this place will not tell you anything that is behind the curtain only what you want to hear to get you in My worst nightmare ever I have pictures but it is not letting me down load

I am rejecting this response because:Good morning, I have paid rent twice at *** *** ***. I have put a complaint on this place due to the A/C unit that never got fixed and did not get resolved. I chose to move out at the end of the month. I would like to get my money back for two months rent of $ I have pictures of the temperature of the A/C, dishwasher with backed up water that smells like sewer, roaches, and a leaking sink. Please let me know what I can do.

Good Morning [redacted],After speaking to my leasing agent, district manager, and our company attorney regarding Ms. [redacted] complaint we feel that her request be denied for a full refund of the application fee and admin fee given to Altitude apartment homes. Per the application that [redacted] signed, we...

have up to 7 days to process an application and once approved, the application fee and administration fee will not be refunded if the applicant has been approved to rent the apartment. All the necessary steps were taken in order to process [redacted] application. According to my leasing agent, [redacted] she received the application on February 2, 2017. The application fee and admin fee were received on February 6, 2017 and the application was processed and approved on February 7, 2017. Our company policy states that no applications are to be processed unless all fees have been paid first. I am rejecting this response because:I never received any confirmation I that I was approved until having to go to extrem measures. I had called many times to ask the  statues on the apartment and no one could give me a clear answer until I went to the bank to cancel the money order. That was when I finally received a call letting me know I was approved. The communication between a potential customer and the staff lacked immensely to the point of me finding somewhere else to live. It is unfortunate that this business treats your military family's. Now we are out $200 due to your lack of communication because they clam they were " renovating" their office. It's a sad sad day when a business won't fix their mistake. I wish them the best of luck and really hope that no one else has to go through what we have gone through.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It was more than 3 times that I stepped in that office to complain.  Please get with [redacted] on this. I was tired of walking in and comlaining. 
I don’t know where to start as I am very frustrated.  My first day of my move in, my A/C was broken and was told to sleep with my windows open. Same night I slept with roach medicine since there was a roach party in my apartment.  For the past 3 months I have been having too many men (maintenance) coming in and out trying to fix the A/C.  Always full of different excuses to try to keep me going for another month.  I was told they ordered a new fan, motor and A/C unit.  Did not get not one of them. The last was my coils that were redone will get redone again. I give up due to my 17 year old child and am tired and uncomfortable with having too many different men coming from other apartments to fix my A/C.  My temperature would be 84 at night and finally about 4pm we would have cool air and was hard to get up after a sleepless night. Could not cook due to trying to save any air to keep cool.  Tried to use the dishwasher and found the smell that I couldn’t find in there was backed up water that smells like sewer. Leaking sink that was not fixed correctly.  It was not the pipes as I emailed them and came back again to tighten the pipes. so I give up as I moved from a 3 bed 2 bath and great air condition to thinking I would down grade and live happy as I thought I would be when I first walked in to see it. I was told that the pool would be open by August 1st and the pool is still with horrible green water and was given a mailbox key to make a copy and bring the original back and for what... mailbox is broken and need to pick up my mail at the post office.  Really this place will not tell you anything that is behind the curtain only what you want to hear to get you in.  My worst nightmare ever.  I have pictures but it is not letting me down load
