The worst cable service everConstantly goes off on weekends and they won't answer the phone even though they say on their website they answer 24/ I have spoken to the owners about the poor service but it keeps getting worse

This customer has been disconnected for non pay. Ms. [redacted] had a money order applied to her account in the amount of $135 on January 14th. I was contacted by the [redacted] Police Department that the money order was altered and it did not belong to Ms. [redacted] but a different customer. The...

customer who purchased the money order contacted the [redacted] Police Department and is pursuing charges. I or anyone else at Altitude Communications did not accuse Ms. [redacted] of anything.  I removed the  $135 money order from Ms. [redacted]'s account and applied it to the correct customer as instructed by the police department. The case number with the police department is 14-1[redacted]
I have been in contact with Lt. [redacted] who is investigating this case. Ms. [redacted] also stated on the complaint that she had a bad check for $100, that is not true. She does not have any record of having a returned check, I do not why that was stated.
 
At this point in time, I am waiting for Lt. [redacted] to complete his investigation before we restore services with Ms. [redacted].

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY'S OUT THERE! There service is crap! There employees are crap, and the technicians are just as bad! We have had them since July 2,2014 we have only received 2 bills one the first month and again this last month after we went into the office in high springs fl. We have called multiple time each month because we lose internet 20 times a day at least our picture on our digit cable is fuzzy, we have a wire running across our yard that we were told would be buried withing 30 days of them putting it there, it is still there we were being over charged and still no credit back for that. we had to have the manager come out to bring us boxes because the technician didn't bring the right ones, technician refused to run all the wires he was suppose to, requested the manager call us back because of all the issues HE NEVER HAS! I could go on for days at this point I just want the crap fixed so the day they fix it I can tell them were to stick!

I received notice that there was a complaint on this customers bill. The customer did return all equipment and we did fix her bill. Ms. Hahn does not owe Altitude Communications any...

I have spoken to the owners about the poor service but it keeps getting worse.

I have been a customer for 2 years and have been satisfied with this company. No problems even when company was Media Communications. Unfortunately, July and August, 2014 has had many channels out, static and the cable completely out on several occasions.
Telephone calls to both office in GA and FL are just message phones and only one return call stating there were problems.
I would like to continue to be a customer but if the issues don't get resolved, I will cancel. Is the company changing hands again or going bankrupt????

I learnd from a tech doing a disconec at my house that they are changing their name to Tap broadband to fool people. Don't be fooled! Whatever the name of the company is it's the same crap we've dealt with in Cross City for years. Don't go with Altitude, and don't believ the liars when they change the name of the company! They need to be sued. I wish there was an alternative cable company in my town
