I am rejecting this response because:
Once the company received full payment, after the work was doneNone of our phone calls or emails were responded to over a two month periodMy only request was that the business come out and repair the damaged drip lineMy wife and I were told that the fence installation had a five year warranty, in which we received no written paperworkWe were also never informed that sprinkler heads were damaged and repairedMy wife was home recovering from surgery, and nobody came out to fix anything. In response that the installers did not know where the drip line was, is not accurateI informed Eric when the initial estimate was done that there was a drip line that ran along the border of our yardI told him that the installers need to be aware of thisIf he did not communicate this to his installers, than that is not our problemI would think that someone who installs fencing for a living would know this and be cautious when placing posts into the ground.I also purchased supplies to fix the damaged drip line myself and do not want the $

When we installed the fence for Mr*** we saw that we had broken two sprinkler lines while digging the holes. I told the installers to fix them. I did not charge for this repair. I always charge for sprinkler repairs but I decided to repair these for free. We have no idea
of knowing where the underground sprinkler lines are located. If the homeowner doesn't know where the sprinkler lines are located then how is the fence contractor supposed to know. If we damaged a drip line during the installation then I apologize. The materials required to fix a line like this should be no more than $10. I would be willing to reimburse Mr*** in the amount of $
