After they "fixed" my furnace, it doesn't heat the house and it burns three times as much fuel as it did before. Also, they argue that it's impossible for gunk from the smokestack to be dripping back into the heat exchanger. There is literally black goo dripping all over the inside of the furnace. Then they told us that they wouldn't be up to attempt to fix their mistake until April, leaving us I a cold house wasting propane all winter

Matt Green, yes it was an expensive installation because it took us three days to take out the coal burning furnace that was as big as a car and had to take it out peice by peice. We did install the flue out the smoke stack because that was the only legal way to do it and it was not taking in gunk because it was hard piped all the way. We can not control if we get a bad furnace every now and then. They are just like cars and sometimes you get a lemon. We did try to replace the heat exchanger and the factory could not get us one in the time you demanded. We called every supply house to find a heat exchanger but it can only come from the factory. The cost of running your furnaces will be expensive living in a 80 year old home with no insulation. We have done work in Silverton for over 10 years and have worked for the city of Silverton and also for the school district. We never had a problem with anyone and I'm sorry we couldn't finish helping you.
