Below is a copy of my response should you want it for your recordsIn the incident describe above it was simply an error in processing our refundWe received a phone call from the our prospect on 2/16/and over the phone explained that it must have been an error as we showed the refund for our prospect at a higher amount than what we issued back to herWe apologized for the error, and made her aware that we would be re-processing the refund to reflect the correct amountUnfortunately human error does occur in day to day processes, and we apologize when that is the caseWe explained to the resident both in writing and over the phone that the situation truly was an error and we immediately apologized and corrected the error that was foundWe most certainly pride ourselves in handling all interactions with the utmost ethics and making certain to always to right by the people that truly make our business possible, the people that are prospect in our homes or residents in our homeWe most certainly strive to only do business with only the very best practices, unfortunately human error can occur from time to timeWe welcome the opportunity to provide the best in customer service when issues of this matter may ariseWe hope that this situation was handled to your expectation and hope you would consider calling a Lincoln Property Company your home in the future Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive a refundI was told that the check would have been mailed out last Friday and a week later nothingi called and was told the check was approved on the 17th yet almost weeks later it hasn't arrived? This is a jokeHow many more complaints do I need to file? How many other agencies/bureaus do I need to reach out to in order for them to do whats right?
