I have been calling D&D air since 6/29/for service on an air system they put in 7/8/I left messages before the I received a call back from the secretary saying the owner was sick and would call me after the holiday (July 4th)I never got a call back so I called again on 7/11/I was told the year warranty had expired on 7/8/And I would need to call someone else to look at the unit My husband called the owner, Dwayne ***, to speak with them about our unit and Mr [redacted] began cussing my husband and yelling at him about our gas unit....we don't have a gas unit The man doesn't know anything about our unit, and said we needed to call someone else

This repair company was sent by my home warranty company to fix a dishwasher They said they could fix a leak in my Samsung dishwasher with no problems They looked at the unit, took my $service call fee and leftI didn't hear anything from them for more than a week, even after calling and leaving multiple messages When I finally got a call back, they said a part had been ordered I trusted that when the part came in they would call me and schedule a time to install it Another week passed and no call I called times, finally got a call back The owner, Dwayne, had mislaid the paperwork, the part was sitting there, no call They scheduled a time days later to install the part After it was installed, the problem was not fixed I called back the same day The owner assured me that he would personally get a different part on Monday and bring it to fix the dishwasher himself Monday came and went with not a call or a repaired dishwasher I called, no answer or returned call I spoke with the home warranty company on Wednesday, they called D&D, who assured them that the second part was on order and coming in on Thursday Thursday passed with no call or repaired dishwasher Today, (Friday) I called Dwayne at D&D and got another excuse for not providing the service he had been paid for I then called the home warranty company and demanded my money back and that D&D be taken off my work order If you want to have any type of home repair done efficiently or with at least a little bit of competence, do not use this company If I wasn't dealing with them through my home warranty, I would have fired them long ago I wish I could give a zero star rating, but I'll give star since the repairmen who came to my house were nice and very personable, but nothing got fixed

The customer service we received from this business was appalling!! They have absolutely no adults working in this business!! Management horrible!
We took our daughter, friends, and family to this business on August 18, for her 6th birthday partyOur experience was very badThere was no management thereThe only workers were children who didn't know much about the businessThere were issues with us checking in, issues checking out, I didn't get everything I paid for in my package!! Older children were terrorizing the younger ones and the staff did nothingMy server was having personal issues with her boyfriend who also worked there so she kept disappearingMy guests tried to complain as well but there was no managementI called to speak with *** on August 21, First he was outside mowing the lawnNext, he was paintingHe is really ridiculous!! I will never use this business or recommend them to anyone!!

They were suppose to fix my dishwasher and dryer, they fixed the dryer told me theyd be backNext thing I know they are saying they won't fix my dishwasher because in words I was a pig and had millions of roachesI don't not have bugs, he then called me a lier, I was heated words were exchanged next thing I know he threaten to come to my home to whoop my a××I have never been talked to someone like that and it took weeks to fix the dryer apparently they told my home warranty place I had bugs so I have to prove I dont before they will come out and I'll be out more moneyThis business is very rude with no customer service skills what so everHad me in tears calling me a pig
