We are extremely apologetic about the complaint that was received toward Athena Real Estate Services and feel terrible that anyone was without power, or felt they were in danger, for any amount of time
"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">As soon as Athena Real Estate was made aware of this issue we promptly had our maintenance team at the location to inspect the damage. After which, the limbs were removed and two days later an electrician was at the property and resolved the issue. We were on the phone with several electricians, all of which were stating they couldn’t be out for several days, until we finally were able to have one out in record time. As aforementioned, they showed up, resolved the issue, and IPL was notified immediately We are, again, extremely apologetic for the major inconvenience we have no doubt this caused. We are not in the practice of doing poor business, and our first priority is always our residents. Regards, Management

I am writing in response to case ID [redacted] in regard to alleged bed bug infestation.   We understand the frustration...

they must have felt when they learned of bed bugs in their unit; no one wants to move in to a new home and immediately encounter problems.  In order to right the wrong, we called our exterminator, Beds Be Gone and they came out in the next couple of days.  They tested positive for bed bugs in the unit so they treated 1 of 3 treatments.  The second treatment showed no activity, so it was never an infestation.  We did, however, pay for all three treatments and waived their rent for October for their inconvenience.   We apologize immensely for this experience and will be sure to make the rest of their time with our company an enjoyable one. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Aaron R[redacted] is a liar, at best. The condo fees were paid in full, in the exact amount Mr. Aaron R[redacted] stated in the email attached. After that, no bill was ever sent regarding attorney fees.Along with no attorney fees invoice, I never once received an HOA bill or receipt regarding monthly fees. I paid them every month anyway, with printed checks saved as proof. Mr. Aaron R[redacted] statement regarding August is, yet again, false. See the attached document for proof.The condo owners have great communication amongst each other, and it is unfortunate Athena Real Estate Services, LLC couldn't work together as adults. We changed and added lightbulbs in the hallways (Athena Real Estate, LLC took one out of each fixture to save on electricity, making the halls look depressing), vacuumed and cleaned the carpets in the hallway, and consistently cleaned the elevator.I do have good news, however! The building is now in good hands, as Mr. Aaron R[redacted] and Athena Real Estate Services, LLC is no longer managing the property. The owners of the [redacted]  listened to us, saw the negative impact Athena Real Estate Services, LLC made on our lives, and dismissed them as property managers. Life is good.*Drops mic*

Mr [redacted] complains of several items. I will do my best to keep up with them. He claims 2 years of issues. My firm only took over the management in July of 2014. When we took over Mr [redacted] was a full year or more behind on his condo fees which the agreement states are to be paid monthly. Mr [redacted]'s...

condo was turned over to the law firm of [redacted] [redacted] to begin foreclosure proceedings. His claim of always paying his bills is a gross misrepresentation. When Mr [redacted] fell behind again in August, as is his typical pattern, he was politely reminded and was met with abusive behavior. As a result of the previous managers having to begin foreclosure of his condo there is an attorney bill of nearly $700 in Mr. [redacted] possession that is owed to the owners. Mr [redacted] has a large balance in his account and gets very angry when prodded for payment. Mr [redacted] has always had possession of his unit. At one time he was requesting additional keys which he received within 2 business days even though it is policy for him to bring his account current in order to receive extra services. Mr [redacted] has not brought his account current which is typical of his payment history. Mr [redacted] purchased low income affordable housing and rents it for profit so logic would dictate that he should be able to pay his fees associated with this low income project.
