This is in reference to the above customer complaint.
[redacted] dropped off vehicle 06 Chevy Avoe on March 3, 2014 for engine rebuild at the cost of $1850.00 that included taxes. His vehicle was picked up on March 14, 2014, which a 2 year warranty was signed stating we are only...

responsible for any internal engine components or engine related issues.
In regards to the transmission leak, customer called several times with rude comments and very harsh cursing stating there was a leakage. We stated he could bring vehicle back in even though we were aware it was not engine related just to show customer we are doing best to satisfy his request. Most of the case, we, personally picked up or dropped off the vehicle at no charge. The last time vehicle was dropped of by me, [redacted], the secretary. I was not aware of any leakage and while on the way there did not have any car issues. I apologize for any inconvenience that Mr. and Mrs [redacted] have encountered but will no longer respond to Mr. [redacted] threats or verbal abuse.
We take full responsibility for any damages or issues we have done to negligence but not in Mr. [redacted] case. We did the best in our ability to fix the dilemma that was not our responsibility (transmission). The motor mounts bolts missing and crankshaft was never brought to our attention the couple times the vehicle was returned. We reimburse [redacted] half of the cost for the car rentals (Check #[redacted]) for amount $115.00. We did above and beyond to assist Mr. [redacted] but unfortunately all backed fire.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

In regards to Mr. [redacted] dilemma on his 00 Dodge Dakota his warranty is voided ,due to ; imprudent operation to vehicle. Customer was advised to have Fuel Injectors repaired ASAP when the first engine was installed (November 01, 2013) to prevent further engine complications. Around...

the middle days of November, customer brought back the vehicle, and the engine was no longer working. I, Raul, personally told him this was caused by the fuel injectors not being repaired. Mr. [redacted] was acting very outraged and I decided to just replace it with another new engine just to give him customer satisfaction.
This time I made sure to have everything in writing in regards to having his Fuel injectors REPAIRED because without them being repaired  it will keep causing any engine to go bad. The Invoice be signed and agreed upon stated that Fuel Injectors needed to be repaired by November 29,2013.
By the early dates of September 2014, customer is having issues with engine and was recommended new engine by another repair facility. Mr. [redacted] brought in receipts of diagnose of vehicle plus Fuel Injectors being FLUSHED on date of January 1, 2013. First of all, Fuel Injectors being flushed is a cleaning that will only temporary fix the dilemma. Second, customer did that cleaning past the cut off date of November 29, 2013, which is almost 2 months later. Due to that, this engine is no longer under warranty and our responsibility.

[redacted]:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I brought my car in to have a rebuilt engine installed. When I went to pick up the car, I was told there is a small transmission leak. I said it didn't have any leaks when I brought it in cause I specifically checked when I bought the car. [redacted] told me well maybe we didn't get the front seal correct.
When the engine is installed it buts up to the front seal of the transmission. He is clearly at fault. He admitted it.
I brought it in three times to have him fix it. It was very inconvenient. The third time I got it back, there was a huge puddle of transmission fluid under the car.  Transmission fluid poured out just as fast as it was poured in.
I called him and said u destroyed the transmission. It's slipping like crazy and I expect him to pay for it.
When I had the new transmission installed, I was notified by the mechanic the a new radiator needed to be installed because when they put the engine in remarkable engines put a hole in the radiator on the side that faces the engine.  They also had to replace an engine mount cause one of them was cracked.
Which brings me back to remarkable engines could not get the check engine light off. [redacted] from remarkable engines sent it to an electrical specialist that was going to fix it cause it was electrical. It wasn't and cost me over $600.00. So I took it to my mechanic at [redacted] and when he pulled it into the bay, a bolt dropped from under neath the car. He said I think that's an engine mount bolt. He checked and found out two engine mount bolts were missing. I called [redacted] from remarkable engines right away and told him. They were told of this.
Not only did the engine mount bolts help destroy the transmission,  but so did the leak from the transmission that was worse than when I brought it back the first time. And they knew the leak was worse and still returned it.
And I recorded my conversation w [redacted] in regards to the transmission.  And as far as [redacted], there were no threats but anyone dealing w this company, would clearly be extremely upset and their lucky to still be in business.Oh and to add to this, when I took it to my mechanic, he did manage to get the check engine light off so I can pass emissions. He did this by performing a crankshaft relearn procedure. It took 5 minutes and anyone who deals w engines should know of this.
The [redacted] manual says that any major repair like this needs this procedure performed otherwise it can throw false codes off.
Therefore remarkable engines owes my for the electrical specialist as well
Regards,
[redacted]
