We paid the Altman Lawn service every month to cut our grassWhen we became unhappy with their service we paid for the last months service and changed to a different lawn service company
After informing the company that we no longer wanted their service the owner came to our door and threatened us, If we didn't continue to pay him he would report us to a collection agency and the credit bureaus
He claimed we agreed to use his company yearlyThis is not trueWe did not agree to use this company for any specific length of timeWe simply hired them to cut our grassThere was no contractThis company didn't offer a contractThis company did nothing to try to keep our business except threaten us to give them more money for work they would not be doing!

Sold vacation home serviced by Altman's family pest control, advised them home had been sold and to give me final payment, company did and I paidFollowing month I received another final billing that I questioned but paid, Two monthe later I received another final billing that makes no sense to meI requested a statement of all my transactions but have not received, however they have turned my account over to a collection agency
