next to each item there is a box that the customer enters the quantity of the item theywish to purchase.Attachment #2 is the “Cart Summary”, which shows the customer the item that they selected. This pageis actually much bigger on the website. It’s minimized to fit on S ~/2’ xii” sheet of paper.Attachment #3 is e-mail correspondence stating that we would take the item back and provided thecustomer with a link to our return item procedure.Attachment #4 is a copy of the PayPal Dispute Resolution Center determination.We use PayPal to handle all our transactions. This customer had filed a dispute with them concerningthis issue on 11/04/2014. We immediately replied and PayPal decided in our favor.Apparently after the customer lost their dispute with PayPal they sent a complaint to the BetterBusiness Bureau.Our offer is that we will take this valance back, providing it is in its original packaging, not damaged orno signs of usage and customer must pay for return shipping

Therefore, with all the above policies clearly in place, we are unable to honor Ms. [redacted] refund request for the restock fee and shipping charges.

Review: I paid $17.84 on 9/15/14 for a black sheer tier panel curtains and a black sheer valance yet I was only refunded $9.85? I contacted the company the day I received the curtains and told them too sheer for my bathroom and was told I could return them for full refund!!! NOTHING was wrong with them they were never used I took out of bag too sheer and mailed them back.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the remaining $7.99 they kept for me for NO REASON BUT TO WRIP ME OF!

Review: Purchased a $20 toilet seat that broke in 2 days time this past week. Made my 2nd trip back today because I was told yesterday it must be returned to the manager. Today Jean the manager was very rude to me & told me that it was a used toilet seat & she could not take it back because of hygiene concerns. It was in a bag & I told her to throw it away & give me store credit. Was very rudely told that she could not do that & she kept telling me that I had to understand her "position" on this. She took my # & said she had to talk to the head office on Monday regarding this. I had my original receipt & packaging for this item. 2 days to use an item is unacceptable and then to be treated rudely over it!Desired Settlement: Desire my money back or store credit and for Jean to take a customer service class.

Review: I purchase a comforter set on10/29/14 online.item description was a comforter setbut this seller sent me a valance set instead.after I received the item I immidiatly contact seller and request to return item and refund my money.they bluntly refuse my request and told me I paid for a valance.it is not only a fraudulent sale but it also a painful experience for a handicap person of my age.please help me to resolve this problem.order #[redacted] place on 10/29/14order total:$31.92Desired Settlement: I want to return this item which sold to me with a misleading description and want a full refund($31.92)and if possible please take action to stop this business to abuse and torturecustomers by misleading advertisement and online fraud. thanks
