There is a 10% restocking fee, for her order that amount was $1.09. We do not refund shipping charges, for her order... the shipping was $6.90. Those total the disputed amount of $7.99. The RETURN POLICY LINK is clearly posted on the front page of our Website’s Home Page under the CUSTOMER SERVICE banner. Therefore, with all the above policies clearly in place, we are unable to honor Ms. [redacted] refund request for the restock fee and shipping charges.
