Then on January 16/2017 I call them because I had a client interested on the set I set if you do not wanted I can sale it to this client and give you your deposit back and she replay that they wanted the set. Then on January 30 /2017 the husband came and pay the balance and he look at the set again.  he told me to have it ready for the next day for p/u. Then on February first at the end of the day he came in purchase a rug and pick up the set. Next day first thing in the morning he came in swearing screaming and yelling, saying that the table was wrong because his wife had a picture and it looks different. when the wife came in a few minutes later she show me the picture and I told her that the picture was not in my store the image the she had had a white bricks wall behind the table and I do not have any walls like that in my show room I told the husband to look at the picture and she deleted the picture. then he call the police. He never brought the rug back he only brought the table and chairs and Start of charging him the 20% restocking he agreed to pay $175.00 this was done in front of the police and he also apologize and say that he just wanted to keep his wife happy.
