This client put a deposit of $on 12/22/for a table in Chairs of the floorfloor model sold as is final sale.Then on December 28/they came back to cancel the order I explain to them that this was a floor model final sale that I will cancel the order but they will get store credit onlythey look around for over in hour and they desire to keep itThen on January 16/I call them because I had a client interested on the set I set if you do not wanted I can sale it to this client and give you your deposit back and she replay that they wanted the setThen on January /the husband came and pay the balance and he look at the set again he told me to have it ready for the next day for p/uThen on February first at the end of the day he came in purchase a rug and pick up the setNext day first thing in the morning he came in swearing screaming and yelling, saying that the table was wrong because his wife had a picture and it looks differentwhen the wife came in a few minutes later she show me the picture and I told her that the picture was not in my store the image the she had had a white bricks wall behind the table and I do not have any walls like that in my show room I told the husband to look at the picture and she deleted the picturethen he call the policeHe never brought the rug back he only brought the table and chairs and Start of charging him the 20% restocking he agreed to pay $this was done in front of the police and he also apologize and say that he just wanted to keep his wife happy
