This company charged my health insurance carrier seven charges for services that were not ordered by me or my doctor or provided and/or mailed to me. These products were never received by me at my address nor were they ever ordered. In attempting to rectify the situation the telephone number provided for this company on the internet is not even a working telephone number. This company is a fraud and the fact that they are preying on people with health issues makes me sick.Desired SettlementClose down the company for fraudulent business activity.Business Response To whom it may concern. This account was set up for an internal audit. Our findings are as follows. We contacted the patient numerous of times to discuss her account with us with out a returned call from her. We received a request for diabetic supplies on 5/5/14, which at that time our account manager contacted the patient and left a message for the patient in reference to the supplies and what she would receive. At that time we shipped out a diabetic supply kit to her. Do to these allegations Mrs. [redacted] account has been closed any paid claims from her insurance company have been returned and requested from her insurance company to void any and all claims from us and advised them that the account has been closed on our end. We do apologize any inconvenience this has caused Mrs, [redacted] as this is a one off situation and we have many very happy customers as we stride for the best customer service as possible. As for our company information we are listed with the [redacted] (please see link [redacted]) as for our company telephone number we have gone through some company changes and improvements to which our company telephone number has changed and have to experiencing email issues. To our knowledge these issues have been corrected. Thank you.Consumer Response I did not request any medical supplies from this company nor did they send me any medical supplies. I don't even have diabetes.Consumer Response They also billed my insurance company for a $1,300 back brace. I certainly did not request that from them either. These medical supply companies call you non stop trying to get you to order their products. They make it sound like it is at your doctor's request. I NEVER requested anything from this company. If they are legitimate, why can you not call them back at the number listed? It doesn't exist because they are a fraud. I hate to think how many elderly/seniors they are scamming. They should be shut down. I will not give up on closing down these harassing/soliciting medical supply companies, especially this one since they were trying to fradulently bilk my insurance carrier and me out of $1,600 plus for supplies that were NEVER ordered and NEVER received. Please share my response with this fraudulent company.Business Response We again have tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] on both of her numbers that have been provided via the complaint in which we have left four messages for her to contact us to discuss her account and this complaint in which she has not returned our call. As stated in our last response this is NOT fraud. We looked even further into her initial request and found that Mrs. [redacted] submitted her request to receive supplies from us on 05/05/14. We have a record of the request as well as her IP address which is captured when a request is submitted. We will be more than happy to provide this information to her as we have been trying to speak with her and as stated we have not been able to get a hold of her. As stated in our previous response her account has been closed, if there were any monies collected from her insurance company have been returned and all claims for services have been requested to be voided from her insurance company. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Mrs. [redacted] as we would like any of our customers or experience with our company be a pleasant one. As for the statement that she is unable to get a hold of us because of the number being disconnected as stated above our company has gone through some changes and improvements in which one of the improvements was our phone system where we had to change our company telephone number. We have provided our number to Mrs. [redacted] on the four voice mails that we have left her to contact us.
